Workshop Organized by UNFPA on GBV Standard Operating Procedures
BeLA as a partner of UNFPA working in the Northwest region with GBV survivors participated in a two-day workshop organized by UNFPA on GBV Standard operating Procedures(SOPs) for the North West & South West Regions- Cameroonon 28th – 29th July 2021.The objectives of the meeting.
_ To help recognize a need and make decisions on how to handle GBV concerns.
_Provide an opportunity for GBV Stakeholders to effectively participate and contribute in the updating and validation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GBV case management._Facilitate the review and development of multi-sectoral GBV prevention and response procedures, and practices, roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders involved in the humanitarian response.
_ Enable GBV actors to own and appropriate the SOPs as a guide to all GBV interventions.
